Enzian Buam Founded in October 2008 the Enzian Buam is an Austrian Bavarian band featuring the talents of Eddie and Jason. The group performs folk music from Austria and Bavaria and features jodeling. Other great styles are also included in the show. Plan a trip to see them live in Round Top once a month at Scotties.

The Enzian are blue trumpet shaped flowers which are found growing in alpine areas and come from the group of plants known as Gentian. There are around 400 different varieties.
