"Enzian"

When most people think about alpine flowers the first that comes to mind is the Edelweiss. The Enzian are blue trumpet shaped flowers which are found growing in alpine areas and come from the group of plants known as Gentian. There are around 400 different varieties.

Enzian Schnapps can be produced
from the yellow Gentian.
